Care & Hanging Instructions

Care:

  • Clean with a soft, damp cloth or microfiber towel to avoid scratching the surface.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or ammonia-based products (like Windex).
  • Use only wet or dry erase markers meant for acrylic surfaces.

To Hang Your Magnetic Board:

  1. Clean the fridge surface with glass cleaner so anti-skid rings grip properly.
  2. Lay board face down on a soft, clean surface with protective paper facing the surface.
  3. Peel back just 1" of the front film at each corner to expose the holes.
  4. Insert magnet caps through the front side and fasten anti-skid rings on the back.
  5. Once magnets are in place, peel off the rest of the film.
  6. Place on fridge and firmly press the acrylic (not the cap) at each corner.

Important: Do not pull the magnet caps out—push from the back for removal.

In-stock items will typically ship within 1-3 business days. Should any issues arise with your order, we ask that you contact us within 72 hours of delivery, and provide a photo showing the issue. Once verified, we will gladly resend or refund any defective items.

Please note: we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality (such as a change of mind or a preference for a different product).

For the fastest resolution, please follow these steps if there’s an issue:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Submit a photograph clearly showing the issue.
  3. If we verify a mistake, we will send a replacement or issue a refund within 5 business days.
