📦 SHIPPING TIMELINES

In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

🔁 RETURNS & ISSUES

We want you to love your order—but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Please note:
We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality (such as changing your mind or preferring a different item). Because of the custom and seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final unless there's a verified defect.

⚠️ WHAT TO DO IF THERE’S A PROBLEM

To make things right quickly, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Email a photo showing the issue to family@ferndesignco.com.

  3. Once verified, we’ll either:

    • Send a free replacement, or

    • Issue a refund within 5 business days.
